Good morning, Gran. You are welcome. I can NOT get used to the time change. Messes my sleeping pattern.
I know what you mean, your body and brain get used to one thing and then has to reprogram and change.
I have been making myself try to stay in bed till at least 4 where I used to get up at 3 just to watch F&F.
So I need to stay up a little later at night reading or whatever.
I truly wish the changing of time would just go away.
