I believe you meant well. As NIKK said, it could be for security reasons that he is not always on time.
I have been to a couple rallies, he was late but I thought it was because of the people waiting in line to get checked through security, it was the case of the rallies I went to.
I did not mind the wait.
Takes a long time to get through security. They need more checkers .
