I think the person who mentioned D3 is probably on the right track, too. We just don’t get as much Sun as we evolved to require and got in the past.
Absolutely, D3 is necessary. I take it every day too. Have it in capsule form and recently bought a bottle of Carlson’s Norwegian cod liver oil to get me through the winter.
My pharmacist friend and I also make Dr. Axe’s Detox Drink using Bragg’s Raw. Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, available everywhere, even Walmart. Use the Unpasteurized version with “the mother,” a sort of cloudy looking vinegar.
