Hahahah. My mom always said her mother would chop onions
and put them in a sock to tie around her neck.

I knew someone who swore that wearing a dirty sock around the neck stopped the soreness. Mine would stop traffic, but a sore throat?

I’ve heard about Vicks on the bottom of the feet, and then put on white socks. (Never tried it.)
