My husband makes something like that with Bragg’s, lemon juice, electrolyte powder, sea salt and stevia. Comes out tasting like lemonade and is apparently very good if you’re doing the Keto- low-carb thing.
Definitely doing the low-carb thing....to the extent that I don’t eat wheat or most other grains. Daughter is on Keto. Sort of. She lost 30 lbs but still has more to go.
Thanks for reminding me about electrolytes. My MD wants me to drink a lot more water (never touch the stuff) with electrolytes in it. I have them on the shelf, always forget they’re there. Sort of a negative addiction problem.
