I’d also like to see a Constitutional amendment requiring all candidates for any political office to score in the top 15% on humility as rated by their local communities, co-workers etc.

I recognize that legislating morality is a mostly futile tricky escapade. However, I think careful efforts in these directions might be well worth it.
