Don’t think that is true for this platform...I read an article a few months back about why it is only spotted on rare occasions and often by chance. I’ll see if I can find it.

Private tracking systems improved greatly since the first one went up. Additionally, the VVLA concept became not only a practical reality but even a cheap one.
