I always tip 20% but with police waiting to take you downtown to earn 10K for the department and 10K for the lawyers and 10K for the courts, it’s better to stay home. Don’t forget the Federal Department of Transportation. They mandate a nationwide blood alcohol level of .08 in order to receive federal highway funds. They call it the Legal Limit. This is one way that the 16th Amendment has corroded the sovereignty of the states.
