Ask them. For all I know they have. There’s already been 3 impeachment votes. PolitBoro Nan isn’t going to risk a 4th fail is my guess. If I understand correctly, it’s up to her what goes to the floor—but since the Derps are just making things up as they go, I have no idea what “rules” the Pubbies could use or not.

Lindsey Graham announced on Hannity tonight that he intends to introduce a resolution in the Senate saying if the House Dems send this Pelosi / Schiff Star Chamber farce to the Senate for trial, the Senate reject it without consideration.
That would certainly be a step in the right direction. If the Dems do not have to recognise rights granted by the Constitution then neither do Senate Repubbies.
I sent a mail to the WH this week saying that the House is not denying due process - they are denying any process at all. Not guilty until proven innocent --- simply guilty, goodbye, see the hangman on your way out.
Just the sort of justice we FReepers will see if these barbarians ever attain power. My Rep is one of them!
