Looked up the capital letters after the T which are NLCB for a super-quick dig

Only major result I came across was the National Lottery Control Board in Trinidad & Tobago and Spain.

Wonder if maybe there are some shenanigans going on with the lotto .... wouldn’t be a surprise.
