My older PC couldn’t play the video. Could you give me a brief of what he did? Thanks

Yanked their banner out of their hands, threw it over a fence, went back to them screaming to get the F out of the way.
A thoroughly satisfying video, in other words.

He came up, yanked their banner out of their hands, walked to a construction fence nearby and tossed it over, then he returned to the crosswalk, shouting angrily for them to get the out of the road, scattering them. He then knocked the phone out of the picture-taker's hand, picked it up, and tossed it some distance away. He can then be heard (now in the distance) angrily countering their protestations by (correctly) shouting back that the people they were blocking need to get to work.

Go to:
http://www.xpbrowsers.com/
Under “Browsers for XP:”
look at:
“Mypal”
Mypal browser will play those videos - its what I have been using for awhile now (since August this year 2019).
The download address is:
https://github.com/Feodor2/Mypal/releases
AND you’re looking for this file:
mypal-28.6.1.win32.installer.exe 34.2 MB
Good luck.
