To: Harmless Teddy Bear
Any chance you have a GFI circuit that includes half the plugs in your kitchen?

You would have an outlet similar to this, although the buttons might not be colored. If one of the buttons is popped out, that will cause the entire circuit to fail.

BTW: The one with the button is in the basement of the abode in which I currently reside. Don't just look in the kitchen.

None of them have that kind of button although you are right, there might be one somewhere else on that same circuit.

Good advise ArGee! It was the plug in the bathroom that had popped.
