If the whistleblower(s) are reporting anything that is relevant to the IG report, the report must be withheld or redacted due to “on-going” investigations. Now...Cummings will cause another delay.
It’s is currently their only source of ammo. They need time to start impeachment proceedings so they can get THEIR version out.
