Mark is highly motivated to protect Israel. Not saying he doesn’t care about America, but he sees the pullout as a potential loss of protection for Israel.
And was abandoning South Vietnam the right decision? Today Vietnam is a strong, growing, peaceful country. As I recall there was widespread repression and bloodshed after the US pulled out, and the way that the US pulled out left us traumatized internally and discredited internationally.
The US keeps its troops throughout Europe. I don’t know why we couldn’t have had a transition from direct military engagement in Syria to providing help to the non-Communist Kurds in other ways.
Still, from the day that President Trump declared his intention to run for President until today, this is the first decision that he has made with which I disagree. He is the best President the US has had since at least the 1950s when I was born.
Mark Levin would convert to Islam before he ever put on a military uniform. His “neo-con” globalism is out there for everyone to see.
