Lie-awatha tells another one:
By the end of the first year, I was visibly pregnant, and the principal did what principals did in those days wish me luck and hire someone else for the job, she told the crowd in Carson City.
Warren, 70, seemed to be implying that she was terminated simply because she was pregnant.
But a YouTube clip posted in January 2008 shows Warren giving a completely different reason for why she left that school.
Jeryl Bier, who pointed out her conflicting comments in a post on The Script Wednesday, notes that the interview was conducted in 2007 at the University of California Berkeley as part of a series called Conversations with History.
My first year post-graduation, I worked it was in a public school system but I worked with the children with disabilities. And I did that for a year, and then that summer I actually didnt have the education courses, so I was on an emergency certificate, Warren told interviewer Harry Kreisler.
I was struck by this reading at Mass yesterday, from Habakkuk:
How long, O LORD? I cry for help
but you do not listen!
I cry out to you, Violence!
but you do not intervene.
Why do you let me see ruin;
why must I look at misery?
Destruction and violence are before me;
there is strife, and clamorous discord.
Then the LORD answered me and said:
Write down the vision clearly upon the tablets,
so that one can read it readily.
For the vision still has its time,
presses on to fulfillment, and will not disappoint;
if it delays, wait for it,
it will surely come, it will not be late.
The rash one has no integrity;
but the just one, because of his faith, shall live.
.........
How long, O Lord, must we suffer these evildoers?
When I was in medical school in the late 1960s, girls were encouraged to take off a year if they got pregnant, and so when one of my classmates came in very pregnant, the teachers reacted in horror that she wasn't planning to take a year off. Her answer: She taught full time during her first pregnancy, so didn't see the problem. (She delivered during the Thanksgiving break).
so Warren's story is probably true: But not because of hatred of women, but because back then motherhood was still respected, and pregnant women were protected by society.

The enemies of the state (the long institutionalized Left) will set forth with haste to turn Warren’s habitual trail of lies into one poignant little tale of sweet anecdotes.
They will publish it in a booklet, as if it were poetry and bang it over the heads of the people who do not cooperate in the dishonest crime of it.
Only President Trump, in his honest transparency, can be accused of lies.
Hang the media who all encourage it for clicks and hits and self-interest.
