You know, I have to say I agree with your sentiments. This wasnt, evidently, a preplanned outride murder. It was a mistake! A horrible mistake, yes. However thats what it was and a finding of a lesser man slaughter would have been more appropriate. Involuntary manslaughter is what Im referring too. Since when do we put people away for life over a mistake, no matter how egregious.

I just find the introduction of the racial element to brand her a murderer to be a “Black Lives Matter” thing. And unpalatable as such.
