You mean the amateur rocket launching site? Haha, I’ve been there a couple times and it has nothing to do with pot smokers.

In Utah they put up some traffic barrels and post the Double fines for speeding in a work zone” sign. You can go weeks and months without ever seeing any work actually being done. I have no trust in work zone rules. It’s often just for revenue.

If I recall, there is a Bong Recreation Park just to the west along this stretch of I-94 around Kenosha. I would wager this has something to do with the bizarre driving behaviors in this area.
Stoners don't speed.

About a year ago, I passed a semi one night on the PA turnpike. For some reason the driver didn’t take a liking to me and got right on my bumper. As I sped up, so did he. By this time we were in a construction zone. It was late at night. At one point, I was doing 105 in the construction zone and this dude was right behind me but starting to fade. He was probably at least at 100.
The construction zone was two lanes wide with Jersey Walls on both sides. It was actually kind of fun.

Señor Mendoza thought the speed limit was in kilometers per hour.
Like in Mexico.

Three years ago one of my best friends was on his way to Lansing and entered a construction zone and slowed down to 15 MPH. He was rear ended by a pickup truck going the normal speed limit, never slowed down, and his wife was killed instantly..........

We went out to Montana when they didn't have a posted speed limit on the Interstates. Set my F350 cruise control on 100mph and still had Highway Patrol and a few cars were passing me. The roads were in such good shape I was amazed by them and very few vehicles on the highway.
We went down through Wyoming to Nebraska on the way back and going through Wyoming at night I went three hours at 100mph and never saw another vehicle on the highway or even near it. Then I saw an auto on a road parallel to the Interstate and after that went another two hours without seeing any vehicles. Just about like having your own private highway except for the huge elk walking down the highway here and there.

Illegals with a license, if he killed an American family it would still be ok

Richard Bong was a WWII hero pilot from Wisconsin. He was killed testing fighter planes before the end of the war.

Nope. Late at night, no traffic and I was able to pull away from the maniac.

THAT’s cool :)
I would think my Challenger would be up to it but sometimes one can be fooled by how fast those trucks can go.
