I’m having such a hard time with this girl’s age. 16? She looks 11 or 12. I didn’t looked or dress like a child at 16, none of my friends did. Something, other than the whole cabal/eye weird/spawn of Angela and Aunti Fa, smells. Did anyone hear her speak?

My guess is that this girl was coached and groomed to look younger. Like CB-F was.
For CB-F, they wanted her to sound like a helpless victim. Much same with this case, too. Gin up the sympathy factor. Try to play on people’s natural instincts to help and protect the weak.
I think they were treading a fine line, though, with the angry “how dare you” crap. Maybe they tried to balance that with making her look as young as possible. Or maybe the tension between the young look and the old rhetoric was what they were going for.
