No - the MSM is already distorting the facts. Today’s hearing is separate and Meadows said a rsult of the hearing is that he’s referring COmey to the IG.

Interesting. So after hearing Horowitz on Comey, Meadows said he was referring Comey to the IG, who, in fact, is Horowitz. Which is separate from Horowitz referring Comey to the DOJ previously.....Did I get that?

Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows have several examples where Comey’s congressional testimony conflicts with the IG report that was just released. They will formally report those conflicting statements to the IG for review, and the IG said he will review them. Seems fairly straight forward to me. I mean, Jordan and Meadows could not have known about the conflict before the IG released his report, right?

These two are “old,” report for first one is out:
- Comey referred to IG for leaking notes of meeting with Trump
- Comey indirectly referred to IG for allgations FISA process was abused

This is “new” today:
- Comey referred to to IG for lying to the Senate

IG referring Comey to the DOJ ...
- Leaking of notes, DOJ declined to prosecute
- FISA abuse, TBD
- Lying to the Senate, TBD

Referral to IG is not a pre-requisite for being indicted. Neither is being referred directly to the DOJ a pre-requisite for being indicted. Congress people have referred various actors to the DOJ in many cases.
