Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows have several examples where Comey’s congressional testimony conflicts with the IG report that was just released. They will formally report those conflicting statements to the IG for review, and the IG said he will review them. Seems fairly straight forward to me. I mean, Jordan and Meadows could not have known about the conflict before the IG released his report, right?
Gotcha. So screwballs like me are confusing “referral to the IG” with “referral to the DOJ”, right?
