Max Stier, the man behind a new sexual misconduct allegation against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, was not only a former classmate of Kavanaugh’s at Yale but also a foe during the Bill Clinton impeachment trial. Stier, 53, served on the team defending Clinton, while Kavanaugh served on Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr’s team that was investigating Clinton. As Yale Daily News put it: In 1994, Kavanaugh joined the legal team, led by Kenneth Starr, that was looking into President Bill Clinton’s real estate dealings as part of the Whitewater investigation. Later that decade, Kavanaugh co-wrote the Starr Report, which established broad grounds for Clinton’s impeachment.

I really believe that normal citizens of all political persuasions are becoming “woke” to this revolutionary effort by our very Democratic government and media institutions who have designed themselves to kill the American way of life and liberty for all not in their little club. In my mind, what we are seeing from the New York Times and the far left is very close to demonic. We have seen it before in the late 30s in Germany. Is this desperation on their part or is it a lust for dictatorial power that is willing to go to any length of criminality to impoverish and subject our nation to unbelievable suffering to satisfy their lust to dominate all wealth and to determine who lives and who dies? We live on an awesome and wonderful planet and, in America, we fought a civil war so that all here could taste freedom and we have, but, the bottom line is that envy and hate is corrosive to the human soul without God. And, that is where our political enemies who fit the mold of liars and cheaters are. God help them. Pray that their eyes will be opened.
But no proof of this exists. Even the victim doesn't remember such an incident and doesn't want to talk about it now. Only witness is a democRAT partisan lawyer and Clinton ally. That alone should test his veracity.
But Bill Clinton actually had his penis out and in the mouth of Monica. And there is evidence: the stain on Monica's blue dress and Clinton's own admission that this actually happened. Everybody in the country knew about it.
And yet Kavanaugh is besmirched and maligned by the democRATS and their sycophant media with no evidence at all but a partisan lawyer operative and a fake news story in the NY Slimes.
Maybe someday those low information voters out there will catch on and figure out that the democRATS can't be trusted.
In the meantime, they wait to vote for their free stuff.
Normal citizens are waking up to all this. A friend of mine who has no interest in politics told me that the dims have become militant in their quest for power. We have drifted into an arena of political cage fighting.

He’s putting his name out there. He should know (or otherwise he’s a fool) that he’s entering a national political arena, and any lies and contradictions will likely be uncovered, and he will be torn to shred by at least half of the media.

Max Stier is the NAME used to generate ccusation 2.0, but the NYT said their source was “2 FBI officials” (not Agents, officials). Has anyone asked Stier himself whether he was a direct witness of anything? If so, where can that statement be found on the internet?
What I have seen is at best hearsay, and more likely creative writing. The story has been set up to prevent successful litigation, the Mark of the Lawfare Beast.
Max Stier’s wife, Florence Yu Pan, was nominated for U.S. District Judge of D.C. by Obama in 2016. She passed the Senate Judiciary by voice vote, but never came up for a final vote. This is a very little reported fact. Do you think Max might bear a little animosity?

Never heard that one. It’s plenty that Stier was one of Clinton’s impeachment attorneys, while Kavanaugh worked for Ken Starr and supposedly wrote much of the Starr Report.
