Yeah, that’s what I thought. Lots of that going around lately.
Also, Lots of Arm Chair Generals/ Secretary’s of State pontificating on what Trump should do or not do about IRAN.
I’m going to guess that Trump will provide defensive ops for SA. Providing air cover over SA, etc. This would allow SA to better deploy their assets on the offensive.
It prevents us from being directly implicated in attacking Iran, while at the same time meeting our obligation to support a treaty partner. It also would send a message to the world that we won’t be everyone’s hammer anymore and they have to carry their own water.
Time will tell....we don’t have all the information so all we can do is guess.
I long ago passed the point at which I see some public assertion, however wonderful, but without the full name and credentials of the author, I will treat it as absolute dung unless verified by no less than two sources that I've already declared as fairly reliable. (And yes, I'm checking those sources practically on a daily basis...)
If someone actually signs his name to one of these missives, I utter a prayer of profound thanks...
