Listen carefully to what the speaker says starting at 31 minutes of the video, about oversight of the IG community being REMOVED from the FBI in 2016.
Why, do you suppose, just as Horowitz & other IG’s began digging into the FBI’s handling of the Clinton Email investigation & then subsequently the FISC issues surrounding the FBI’s Trump/Russia investigation, was IG oversight removed from James Comey & Andrew McCabe’s FBI?
