Another aspect is that it is easy (at least for me) to go to nice restaurants, have a great meal while staying on the diet...especially steak restaurants like Bones in Atlanta or Bern's Steak House in Tampa.
Knowing what foods are Keto friendly makes this possible.
Also, I know there are a lot of keto recipes out there, but it’s so easy to just throw a chunk of meat on the grill, steam some veggies in the double boiler or microwave a bag of veggies in their steamer bags...and walk away full. I actually cook almost every night now as opposed to the wife and I going out. It’s a good little routine we have here. (The wife won’t commit to full fledged keto, but she eats what & how I eat, so she gets a lot of the bennies.)
