Do you take any K2 with that?

Why do you recommend that vitamin? What's good about it? I thought it helps with blood clotting? I am asking because I never hear much about it.

Blam posted a link to a nice overview above (I can send a few more later if you have further interest - a K2 search even here on FR will yield some good results and feedback). In short, it is does play a role in clotting but not the same as K1 which is used as a clotting agent. It also plays important roles in the body, including desired calcium distribution.
