Why do you recommend that vitamin? What's good about it? I thought it helps with blood clotting? I am asking because I never hear much about it.

In short, it is does play a role in clotting but not the same as K1 which is used as a clotting agent. It also plays important roles in the body, including desired calcium distribution.
