Well I have to believe they will still follow all the evidence they have, where ever it leads where other people are concerned...
Remember Q did ask how you made known evidence admissible...
But it would seem like the active trial has to end if the defendant is dead.
That is the court ending the trial, not prosecutor ending his ongoing investigations.
