Hmm. I withhold judgement. Creepy. I don't see definitive proof on the date of the video. Until and unless something else comes along I'll only pencil this in the margin as a very remote possibility.

His brother doesn't look that much like him. His stance and dress is like Jeffrey. The location is highly questionable with the storm and all and he shouldn't go back to LSJI. That would be a ridiculous place for him to be. Talk about cornered.

I still believe that (60/40 or 70/30 variously) that he is still alive. If he is, he's under White Hat control. Entirely. I don't think he's on Little St James for a variety of reasons.
