IMO There is much more to this than what we see on the surface.
I went to look up this 92 billion on google search to see what their results were. OMG, many articles trying to debunk this amount of money going to Puerto Rico. The President is trying to tell us something here.
Perhaps it lots of funny money went down there before the 2018 elections and it got laundered to the dem party or derp candidates. There is something going on the derps don't want us to know about this "92 billion" President Trump mentions.
