I have always been of the opinion that people should be able to engage in whatever activity they want as long as it isn't hurting someone else (although I believe it can be effectively and truthfully argued that the advocacy of a homosexual lifestyle does just that) and if it is a moral issue, that will be between them and God when the meeting arrives.

But to have a prominent homosexual from a community that by these statistics is comparatively rife with mental illness and mental disorders making asinine comments about mental health situations, particularly as being caused by a member of a political party, coming from someone who is both a Leftist (Leftism is a mental disorder, IMO) and homosexual, just displays why people like him should never be allowed to lay their hands on the levers of power.
