President Trump said Tuesday that a decision on whether to try to suspend certain foreign aid funds would likely be coming within a week.

Question: Could the foreign aid cuts be aimed specifically at the foreign aid that flows back into the pockets of the Dem politicians that are going to be hit by the declassification order?
I'd say Trump, as usual, is three moves ahead and he's sending a message to friends, allies, and adversaries, that no checks to derps will be written.
He's got half the world over a barrel. Mebbe three quarters? Eight tenths?
And he won't start a fight until he's already won.
