I have been a strong “Trust Sessions” guy.
But it makes you wonder: Why did Sessions DoJ throw Butina in solitary? Was Sessions truly so marginalized that he had no idea what was going on under him?
I look forward to the next written installment from Byrne, as he is a hard interview to watch. Surprisingly for a CEO, he cannot seem to complete any sentences.
Every time he says: “Here’s the main event,” it means he is about to go off on another tangent.
All that being said, his information is important, because it directly links Comey, Strzok and others to an intelligence operation against the Trump campaign that started way before the fraudulent FISA apps were even submitted.
From what I understand, this could only happen one of two ways:
1) TOTALLY ILLEGAL; or,
2) DIRECT ORDERS OF PRESIDENT OBAMA (and still probably illegal, but mitigating some of the responsibility of underlings).
I think what we see in these interviews with Byrne is a guy who is uncomfortable being questioned and he may be a little concerned for his safety at this point.

1. My first reaction was to protect her. IMO That’s entirely possible, JE notwithstanding.
2. Are we SURE that she’s in solitary?
