If they get to the bottom of it and there are no indictments, they will all look like fools. Better to just let it go if no charges are going to be filed, otherwise you’re telling the world they broke the law but it doesn’t matter because the law does not apply to them.

I'm not sure we will every get the straight truth, or just "the bottom of it" they want us to know. Even McCarthy said during the interview this morning, that the international parts of the conspiracy may never be revealed in order to protect our allies. Why we would need to protect "allies" who participated in a coup attempt, is beyond me, but that's why I'm not a high powered gov't type swamp dweller.
