hi all.. quick hello from your negligent member. First time Ive had my computer on for many MANY days. I go to my phone but even that is limited due to data plan limitations.

Avoid coming because so much in my life is repetitive.. Pain, shingles. Pain. Allergies. Pain Digestive issues. Pain. insomnia/ etc.

Have gotten out a few times the past month or so but each time I am totally wiped out the next few days and pain increased

Have tried to follow somewhat the news here at the TTF ... on my phone... but posting is really hard. I must sign in every time. If I refresh I am signed out again. Very annoying. Guessing more of an issue with phone than FR

Been reading a LOT. sometimes two books a day. I have done mowing and weeding ...both cautioned no nos from doc. but I pace things. already on shaky ground re: house etc

At Jenns now for another half hour or so. Did laundry. made sweetcorn. did some “vet work” on her kitty Rocky. Played with my baby Bobbie and loved the hour or so on heating pad
