I did not know that.

I did not know that, either.
Checking on those claims. The article as a whole is interesting.
I have seen ads on youtube for the newspaper, and am tempted to subscribe. Want more info about this falun gong group.
I no longer trust anything the main media says/writes.
Falun Gong is a meditation/self help organization which is opposed to the Chinese gov specifically because the Chinese gov arrests them, tortures them, removes organs and kills them. Falun Gong, from what I’ve read, did not start out as an opposition group, but became so when the ChiCom gov stomped down on them. FG is loosely based on Buddhist moral principles. Totally harmless.
I don’t know if any of the original Falun Gong supporters who started it are still on board. Anything CNBC says must be taken with huge grains of salt.
