reed, did some digging, and it's no so much the mini-excavator that Carter or Shandong makes, it's one of these guys that's in their product line up. Hello!! I'm an equipmentfag's equipmentfag and never knew up until this moment that these mine borers are known as mine roadheaders. Chalk up another entry in my mental iron database. Couldn't find a Shandong brand or Carter brand for posting. This will have to do.
