Now I’m well aware of the term in relation to heavy equipment...it just jumped out at me is all.
I’m beginning to think that USA Carter Heavy Industry Group may just be a cover for Shandong and that they may actually be owned by the Chinese government.
I can find NOTHING - zilch on USA Carter - except on the Shandong web pages where it says that’s who owns them.
