I’ve talked to a lot of drivers in my area and abroad. Not online, but face-to-face.

Most drivers have suffered great personal losses and no longer want to be home / stationary to suffer. These people are all just trying to disappear and work themselves into a grave.

Then some are doing it for fun money.

the Uber / Lyft drivers are all pretty decent people, and just like any group they are sprinkled in with idiots and crazy people.

Well yeah that makes sense. Any profession has their lunatics. Like the former FBI guy that states President Trump raising the flags back on 8/8 is a sign to all Nazi sympathizers. Which during that period where there were actual Nazi's, their sympathizers were of course Muslim Arabs. So President Trump is sending signals to Muslim Arabs worldwide? 8>)

My point again is, that every profession has its share of kooks, undesirables, and outright nut cases. Keep an eye on him and if you feel your instincts have merit follow through. No one can direct you in this case.
