I’ve seen good places and I’ve seen bad places. But the worst places I’ve seen are some of the ‘group’ homes where they just dose em up and sit em in front of the teevee.

Of course, IMO, that’s more humane than letting them leave the emergency room with 10 days of psychotropics and tell them to “take your pills with every meal” - and then throw them onto the streets where they might be lucky to get one meal..
