" the prison was so lax in observing him."

Stupid, stupid, myopic, and irresponsible, if this is how it happened.

Glad you nailed it though. The prison was lax in observing him, obviously.

Someone at the top of a food chain somewhere needs to lose a job at least over this. Especially if someone has had dealings with Epstein in the past, either in his personal life like say at school or work, or if someone has had previous experience with Epstein in previous legal cases and the preferential sentencing he's received in his previous criminal cases.

If I knew of someone like that, who is high in the DOJ I'd certainly be sitting them down in the hot seat if I were the boss.

Disagree. It is gross negligence and the whole food chain needs to lose their jobs and worry about prosecution.

I don't think they were lax. I think some within the running of the prison participated. I believe a red flag is the placement of JE in the same cell as a former cop, who is built like a beast and could kill him with zero effort. Also, a cop who is accused of killing four people. JE was probably the most critical prisoner in the US since Oswald. Find the administrator who authorized the sharing of a cell for JE and the former cop, and I think you will find a conduit to who actually wanted/ordered him dead.
