In a high profile case of massive proportion, it’s a promise the public will see proofs, in this electronic age.
I had similar questions, but people on the thread with more knowledge than I have said 1) that picture was taken while he was still within the facility, 2) he is not dead in the photo we are seeing, and they are still working on him, and 3) he was pronounced dead later at the hospital.
