Good question.
MP? I doubt it. If the guy is military, I think he would have to be spec ops of some sort. That doesn’t look like any military uniform I recognize and it looks like he’s got at least a days growth of beard.
It also looks to me like the butt of a gun holstered on his right side.
Are all the FDNY paramedics that clean-cut looking? They look a lot more military to me than the guy in the vest.
