Is this photo photoshopped? His head looks really big compared to the others in the photo.
looks dead to me, color of face, mouth open,ashen color,purple blue around cheek and in from of ear. Seen many dead people in ICU.
Looks to me like law enforcement watching someone expire.
No panic, upset, disturbed looks on any faces.
It might be how I might look if I was watching someone who has been executed for rico, trafficking., etc.
But that’s just me.
