From what I’ve read, the mental hospitals are a prime area where the MKUltra training/indoctrination/treatment takes place. They have an already identified victim who is vulnerable and they can experiment on them and use them under the guise of “treatment”.
Re mental hospitals:
And once the patients turn 18, the doctors can do anything they want to them and the families don’t have the right to know. Families become powerless to help.
