Medic is wearing sunglasses on his head, what time was the picture taken, was it sunny at that time in NYC?
Also are these pictures time stamped? Can they be from the last time Epstein “attempted” suicide?
If this was a planned switcheroo, then the first attempt would have been an excellent time to take some fake pictures and have them ready for today.
If his body was noticed dead at 6:30a - failed to fall in to breakfast, it would time-wise comport with Rudy’s 10:30a tweet about it. Take about an hour to get emt there and him set for ride to hospital.
I’m kinda liking the theory that it’s really him, but that the picture was taken after his first suicide attempt. Not taken today.
All theory and speculation at this point, though.

Who is that coordinator?
