I suppose you could make it with hamburger as well......mmmmmmmmmm!.....
Loco Moco. Hawaii. White rice or mashed potatoes with a hamburger patty on top and then a fried egg and finally brown gravy. Delicious! I make it at home once in awhile using mashed potatoes or if we have leftover white rice. Loco Moco sounds better to me than poutine.
