Worked corporate for 20 years too. Several businesses/industries.
I knew a few who were REhired subsequent to their firing by another department.

I read on twitter - Eye the Spy (so take it for what it is worth) that Stroz is getting in with a visitor’s pass to talk with his “friends”. Perhaps this is on purpose so that Q et all can see who his “friends” are. Eye the Spy stated also that his security clearance was canceled.
