Is scribd.com a reliable site? (I’m inclined to think that the site is neutral, because anyone can upload anything. So it’s the person/document that we need to look at.)
Who is Kelli R. Grant who uploaded the memo? Where did he/she get it?
Can anyone find it on any official FBI site? Has anyone in the FBI confirmed or denied it? If so, who?

Kelli R.Grant is a Yahoo photographer. WHO GAVE IT TO HER TO PUT ON Scribd? She has about 22 other docs up on Scribd.
I searched many minutes on 2 FBI sites - the main FBI site and one called FBI Bulletin - could NOT find this AZ Field Office bulletin.
The man who killed nine people in Dayton’s Oregon District was seen carrying a gun and protesting at the Ku Klux Klan rally downtown earlier this May.

That raises another interesting point. IDK exactly how the FBI works, but wouldn’t something this significant be of concern to the entire Bureau and not just some remote field office?
1. The fact that it (supposedly) comes from a field office adds to my suspicion.
2. Why haven’t any reporters asked if this is genuine? Especially when there is doubt. If I were a reporter, I’d ask the Q! (yet another unasked Q!)
3. It looks to me like this is info that everyone wants to spread around, but NO ONE wants to be responsible for. So in order not to take the blame, everyone just quotes someone else (Yahoo News), so they can say they are not lying. (They aren’t. Just like I’m not lying if I post a link or say that site X said Y. If Y is wrong, I’m still telling the truth. It’s just that the truth about X carries lies about Y within it.)

FWIW,I keep finding info that says it’s the Zeronet peer to peer version of 8ch, which codemonkey does not endorse, which has the tab for Kiddie porn, not the original site that is down right now.
It appears that the AZ FBI field office gave the bulletin to Kelli R. Ward or whatever her name is, and she put on Scribd, and that’s the only way it made it into the pubic.
That implies that part of the “FBI problem” is in its field offices...they’ve become “filed offices” for other interests and organizations-effectively out from under control of the DOJ
Forgive me if I am mistaken but I believe I read elsewhere that this Kelli R. Grant was a person who wrote a story about the Columbine shooters a few days before their dastardly deeds.

Yes it does. I think there must be some specific reason why all this chicanery has not been publicly addressed (yet).
