Yep. I remember when the Rats got a very unpopular bill passed. There was a big Tea Party protest outside the Capital. Pelosi, Barney Frank, and I think Cummings (not sure on him) got a bunch of cameras rolling and strolled through the crowd, Nancy swinging that oversized gavel she used. They were desperately hoping to get someone to do something. Nothing happened.

Later, one of the networks inserted an audio racial slur into the video, but got caught and it disappeared.

Yes, it most definitely was Cummings. And that lying crook Cummings lied claiming that someone in the crowd called him the n-word. Some TV or radio personality subsequently offered a reward for anyone who could provide video or audio of the offense. The proof was never brought forward by anyone.
