Unfortunately as long as Congress is in session they are immune to arrest within the district.

Can anyone think of a similar incident to this in the past?

She isn’t even trying to hide her subversive behaviour.

I think the Imam of Peace may be right that she is backed by Qater and they have Nancy by her nuts.

House isn’t in session.
The Senate is in session til Friday.

not sure what “within district” has to do with anything and there are exceptions:

They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same;
