When I was doing consultations between two S. American posts, I was directed to walk across the street from Main State to the Red Cross Annex (behind the small Red Cross Building just a block over from the Lincoln Memorial off the mall. I had to meet the former director of the Facebook coordination for the 2008 Obama campaign, who was then (in March-April 2010) some kind of Public Affairs Officer in charge of Facebook Outreach for the Department of State. He asked me to do off the clock work for the incoming public affairs officer once I got to the American Consulate Rio de Janeiro. He was up front telling me what I already knew which was I was barred from doing Public Affairs IT duties by IRM but if I did it on my own time he would very much appreciate my assistance.

The point of this is to tell folks here that the Department of State is renting most or all of the new Red Cross Office building.

My assumption is that just as the State Department provides cover positions to a certain sister agency, I would assume the nefarious comilging of government agencies is not just limited to C-eye-A intelligence but also extends to the Red Cross and that putting Public Affairs folks in rented office space is akin to co-opting Red Cross into intelligence operations by way of State.

DOS has 15,000 authorized officers and specialists, but currently has nearly 18,000 personnel serving in officer and specialist billets... most if not all of those overages can be accounted for by cross agency assignments for whatever reasons.

The Red Cross is contaminated by the presence of State j ust as State is contaminated by the presence of spies.

Since the Red Cross is moving monies in boxes, why not move medical supplies such as morphine which can easily be converted to street grade herron and sell the stuff.

Obama was caught in Benghazi running guns under the cover of State contamination.

If I were to guess this is another case of drugs, money, and agency ops just as the Iran-Contra drug running in Arkansas and money laundering thru the Banks in Gov Clinton’s state, even if they pinned it on Ollie North the real truth is closer to the Senate Intelligence Committee than a LTC in the White House.

I am not sure the Q angle. I am not sure if this some type of exposure of Hillary’s, then Kerry’s (Obama) Dept of State illegal operations and to further clean out the law breakers, or if something else is going on with the Red Cross.

I would guess between the Red Cross and Clinton’s Haiti relief operations that money was being run... or maybe Obama was using the Red Cross to move illegal payoffs out of country just as he did for certain EU leaders and Iranians.
